Online Booking

Let customers book repairs online

Stop fielding phone calls and DMs to schedule repairs. Give your customers a booking page where they pick a service, choose a date, and pay a deposit — all before they walk through the door.

Online booking included on Lite plans and above.

How online booking works

From the customer's screen to your repair bench in three steps.

1

Customer books online

They visit your booking page, select a repair service, choose an available date, enter their details, and optionally pay a deposit via Stripe.

2

Booking lands as a lead

The booking appears in your RepairKeeper dashboard as a new lead with all the customer and device details pre-filled. You get notified instantly.

3

Convert to a repair ticket

Review the booking, click 'Convert to Ticket', and the lead becomes a full repair ticket — ready for intake. No re-typing, no copy-pasting.

Availability Controls

You control the availability

RepairKeeper's booking system gives you full control over when customers can book, how many bookings you accept, and what services are available.

  • Per-day availability

Set which days of the week you accept bookings. Different capacity for weekdays vs weekends? No problem.

  • Blackout dates

Going on holiday? Closing for a bank holiday? Block specific dates from the booking calendar.

  • Maximum bookings per day

Cap the number of bookings per day so you're never overwhelmed. Control your workflow, not the other way around.

  • Deposit collection

Require a deposit at booking time. Customers pay via Stripe. The deposit is tracked against the eventual invoice.

Enquiry Form

Capture enquiries from your website too

Not every customer is ready to book a specific date. RepairKeeper also provides a public enquiry form you can embed on your website — capturing repair requests that land as leads in your dashboard.

  • Branded enquiry form

Customers describe their device and fault. The form captures name, contact details, device type, and fault description.

  • Spam protection

Built-in honeypot and time-trap protection blocks bots without visible CAPTCHAs.

  • Instant lead creation

Enquiries land in your dashboard as leads with a status workflow: New → Contacted → Converted → Closed.

  • One-click ticket conversion

When you're ready, convert any lead into a full repair ticket. Customer and device details are pre-filled.
